The Meinl Backbeat Pro Tambourine allows you to add tambourine sounds to your snare drum with ease. Starting with a blackened brass ring, eight pairs of  standard brass jingles are added for maximum attack and jingle response.

The Backbeat Pro is designed to make contact across the entire outer edge of the drum head, ensuring even distribution and dynamic control. A raised edge allows you to hit the tambourine when playing rimshots, so your sound stays consistent regardless of your playing style.
