Please NOTE:

1. While charging, the charging LED light stays on, but still can’t power on the controller. Then, you need to press the RESET key to reboot the controller.

2. While charging, there is no LED light on the controller. That means the charging cable is dead, please use another charging cable. There will be an LED light that stays on while the charging cable works.

3. If the controller has been connected to other devices when you use the controller again, please delete the Bluetooth name on the device and reconnect it, otherwise it may not work.

4. If the button/joystick does not work or some of the buttons/joystick do not work, please check if the Bluetooth pairing mode is correct.

5. Q: I can’t reconnect my phone with the gamepad again even though the Bluetooth shows has connected.

A: Remove or delete the Bluetooth connection on your phone and reconnect it again.
