Direct-to-film printing, also known as DTF printing, is a new one-for-all-fabirc technique! It makes printing t-shirts easier and better! It requires a special DTF printer, ink, powder, and transfer film, which altogether can bring vivid and vibrant prints on various fabrics. You can easily get amazing breathable, stretchable, soft, and wash-resistant results!

• Double-sided: rough on both sides, coated on both sides, only one side is the printing side, and the coating on the other side increases the friction of the pulley and makes the paper run more smoothly.
• Method to tell the printing side: the rougher side is the back, and the smoother side is the printing side. If you accidentally mistaken the printing side and the non-printing side, Just flip it up and try again

Matters Needing Attention:

1. When baking, set the oven temperature to be higher than the temperature of the hot-melt powder, otherwise the hot-melt powder cannot be melted. It depends on the state of the hot-melt powder. Personally, it is recommended to bake for a longer time, otherwise it will cause moisture or oily substances in the coating and ink. The volatilization is not clean, and the oil will be reversed later. If the time is too long, the hot melt powder will turn yellow.

2. When hot pressing transfer, the temperature of the hot press is generally set at about 155-165 degrees, and the time is about 10S. For special fabrics, set the temperature and time according to the melting point.

3. Storage environment:

Relative humidity 35-65%, temperature 10-30°C, sealed indoor storage, avoid direct sunlight, shelf life 1 year.

Precautions for washing:

1, We recommend washing the transferred T-shirts separately with ordinary detergent and cold water.

2, Do not mix with other clothes at the same time.

3, Do not dry clean or bleach.

4, Dry them immediately after washing. Or use a dryer to dry.

5, After washing, if the image shows signs of shedding, you can cover the image with greaseproof paper and iron it again. Do not iron the transfer part directly with an iron.
